Costco Cares App

Costco Cares is a sister app for Costco shoppers that helps combat the spread of COVID-19. Its main feature allows customers to optimize their shopping experience. After plugging in their grocery list, the app will direct them exactly to where the product is located within the store. This allows for shoppers to spend the least amount of time inside the store, minimizing exposure. The checkout process has also been streamlined by providing a feature in which they can weigh their cart and pay within the app. Other features include CDC Guidelines that are being followed, live views of the store sections and special deals.
